1, What is the sample Policy?

For Sintered Porcelain Stone samples are free for quality testing. The freight fee is on the buyers’ side when delivery by Express.

2, What is your MOQ?

For Colors in Stock, no MOQ requirement. For OEM Items, MOQ requires in 500m2 to 3000m2.

3, When can you deliver the goods?

Within 7 days fro the stock colors after we have your deposit.

4, Are you a factory or trading Company?

We are the direct factory, factory locates in Nan’an Shijing/Shuitou Town; Exporting office locates in Xiamen. We produce more than 10,000m2 per day.

5, What if the products are broken during the transition?
